This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of the Inaudity service provided by TBD (the "Provider").
1. B2B service — no consumer withdrawal right
Inaudity is sold exclusively to entrepreneurs and legal entities (B2B). The 14-day consumer right of withdrawal under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. does not apply. In addition, by starting the generation of a report the Customer expressly requests immediate provision of a digital service and acknowledges that, upon delivery, the right of withdrawal would lapse in any event under § 7(6)(l) of that Act.
2. Automatic refunds for failed reports
If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on the Provider's side, the consumed credit is automatically returned to the Customer's account, typically within a few minutes. No action is required from the Customer.
3. Delivered reports are non-refundable
Once a report has been generated and made available in the Customer's account, the service is considered fully rendered and the purchase is final and non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with the analytical content of a report (which is advisory and AI-assisted — see Terms § 3 and § 4) is not a ground for refund.
4. Credit packs
- Unused credits from a credit pack may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, on a pro-rata basis to the unused credits.
- Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
- After 14 days, credits are non-refundable but remain usable in the account.
5. Billing errors and chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact hello@inaudity.com before initiating a chargeback. We respond within 2 business days and will refund any verified billing error promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of related costs.
6. Goodwill refunds and abuse
The Provider may grant goodwill refunds at its sole discretion. Repeated requests for refund after a report has been used, or other abusive patterns, may result in account suspension or termination without further refund.
7. How to request a refund
Send your request from the e-mail associated with your account to hello@inaudity.com, stating the invoice number and the reason. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
